The Fresh Market

I really enjoy shopping at Fresh Market. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. Parking is convenient, checkout is fast, and they have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. What really stood out during my most recent visit was the exceptional customer service. I had surgery recently and was moving a little slower than usual. A gentleman who I believe was a manager or assistant manager, wearing a white shirt on Thursday afternoon, kindly helped me find an item. He walked at my pace, was incredibly friendly and polite, and never made me feel rushed. I wish I had his name because he truly deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism. I shop here weekly, and experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Thank you for making every visit a pleasant one!

The two stars are not intended to be for the entire store, but of the check out personnel. With the exception of 1 nice guy, check-out is cold and inhospitable at best. They talk shop with each other and don't even look at you. No thank you's (except from the one guy), no have a nice day. Just hand you the bag and look the other way. This is repeated behavior every time. In my day, people used to thank you for giving them money for gosh sake. The last time there, silence as usual after ringing me up and looking away. So, I let out a big "thank you!" myself to see what would happen. The response from the checker: "Uh huh." The rest of the people out in the store are perfectly fine except for some issues at the deli, but this checkout is what a customer really remembers, so this behavior really leaves a bad taste in my mouth to return. Puzzling why this is allowed to happen.

1) everyone at this location is pleasant and helpful… 2) whoever makes this guacamole needs a raise. I literally look forward to eating this every day. I was having a really bad day and almost cried when they were out and had to come back to get it later on. This is the best guacamole I’ve ever had. I LOVE YOU GUACAMOLE MAN/LADY🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

For Sheila the florist—WOW! I can’t say enough good things about the florist at Fresh Market. Sheila is kind, open to ideas, and great at making a vision come to life!! I will definitely be coming back for future custom bouquets 💐
